I am on the starter plan and made a single encrypted form to test / try out (https://form.jotform.com/210397931776062). It doesn't show a padlock icon and "This form is encrypted" as indicated in the guide (https://www.jotform.com/help/344-encrypted-forms-and-how-to-use-them)

Hi there!
I tested this on my end, and I was able to replicate the issue. It looks like the problem is related to the JotForm default theme. I tried form encryption on a form with the old default theme, and the icon was showing.
Here's the form: https://form.jotform.com/210398294355967
When I created a new form with the new default theme, the icon was not showing. You can switch to the old default theme from Form Designer. See the screencast below:
I am also forwarding a feature request to our developers to make the encryption icon available in the new default theme. You will be notified on this thread when there is an update.
Feel free to contact us if you need further assistance.
