HIPAA: 504 error

    My form is making everyone wait for a long time to submit and then gives a 504 error. How can I resolve this?

    We apologize for this inconvenience. We have a temporary back-end issue with HIPAA accounts earlier, but this was quickly solved by our back-end team. Can you kindly test your forms and let us know how it goes? If the issue still persists, would you allow us to do test submissions?

    Why weren't we notified of this? Many patients came in angry about their
    forms. If we had known, we would have switched to paper forms until the
    issue was resolved.

    Hello! Kindly note that this problem occurred immediately and our team didn't know about it in advance. Our Devs worked on it and fixed this problem soon after it was brought to their notice.
