Why is the calculation on my quiz form is displaying 0?

Hello, I have created a quiz on my page. i have watched videos on how to add calculations and made changes to the form. for some reason when people complete the quiz it's not sending me the form with a calculation. The calculation part comes out as 0.

Can you please advise me on what I might be doing wrong?

As we check the two Career Quiz forms in your account, we are not able to see any Form calculation widgets on the form. Are you referring to a different form in your account? Please share us with the form ID/URL so that we can check and assist you further.

Kindly explain your form workflow so we can suggest a solution based on your requirement. Currently, the conditions you've created in your form will not work.

You are using the calculation in conditions to pass the values to single choice fields. Whereas your calculation widget is empty.

If you only want to add the results then add the fields in the calculation widget using the option specified above and it will start showing the results.

Are you saying i should remove all the conditions I specified in the form
where it says. 'If you fill this then this......'
Instead only put information in the calculation widget. How do i put
information inside the widget. Is it similar to what i did in the
conditions section?
so the conditions section does not need anything filled in it.

I have checked further your form and it seems that the calculation or the results are shown on a Long Text, through condition:

I believe what my colleague is trying to suggest is if you would like to make the calculations to show on the Form Calculation widget, you would need to perform the calculation on the widget instead of using conditional logic. Please refer to this detailed guide: How-to-perform-form-calculation-using-a-widget
