My account got deleted/deactivated!

I'm not able to log in or sign up with my email for some odd reason. My jotform links are no longer available, I lost client info that I had saved here!
Is there anyway I can get my account back with my forms!?
Up until today i've never had any issues with Jotform, this is very frustrating!!!!
