Link Buttons?

I am wanting to add links on my feedback form so that it directs customers to leave a review on facebook and google. Is there any way of doing this please?

You can use the Paragraph field to create links within your form. This way, users can click on the link and the page will be loaded on another tab so their form stays intact and they can view relevant details on another tab.

Another option would be to add an Image field and add enable Link Image option. The image will then serve as your button.
