    Unfortunately, I am unable to find any account with your email address. Since there is no account associated with your email address, that is the reason why you are not able to reset your account password.

    What is your Jotform account username or the email address you have used in your account profile? Alternatively you can also let us know any of your form ID, form URL or web page URL where you have embedded your form, and we will trace your account.
