Passing multiple choice selection values to another form

Hi!

I created a URL to prepopulate a second form, however, for two of the multiple choice selection fields it only works when certain options are selected.

The two fields are:

• College Admissions Services – Senior Advisor (unique name: {collegeAdmissions288}), and
• College Admissions Services (unique name: {collegeAdmissions289})

The following URL passes the value when Premier, Ultimate, and Plus but not for others (e.g. 11th Grade - Ultimate Package (Junior + Senior Year) $3500).

Additionally, if “12th Grade - Essay Only (Common App) $525” is selected for “College Admissions Services” on Form 1, it passes the value to both “College Admissions Services” and “College Admissions Services – Senior Advisor” on Form 2.

I've been doing testing and checking the URL parameters to make sure everything is set up correctly. And yes you've created the URL correctly. However, it is not passing the values to the 2nd form due to a setting in your form builder. You've enabled the setting to clear field values when they are conditionally hidden.

Please change the above setting and your forms will start working. You can test this in the cloned form below.

On the thank you page please click on the Contract to open the second form exactly like your original forms.

Thank you for looking into this. I changed the setting to "Don't Clear" as you suggested, but it's still not working.

I also couldn't get the cloned form to work. For “College Admissions Services,” I selected "11th Grade - Ultimate Package (Junior + Senior Year) $3500.” It did not pass the value/information onto the Student Contract (Form 2).

I have also made a clone of your form for testing purposes and it seems that the URL parameters are working mostly working. The only fields I had issues with was with the "College Admissions Services" questions when selecting the "11th Grade - Ultimate Package..." option for each question. All of the other options in both questions seem to work correctly.

Can you kindly try renaming the options for both questions and ensure that they match each other on both forms?

Also, for your URL, please note that it is not necessary to include all options for each field. You can simply use the one unique name to pass data between your forms.
