Hello! Encryption keys are generated and set in the user's browser (until it is deleted) at the time of setting up form encryption.

JotForm does not save private keys on its servers as it will go against the purpose of form encryption.

You'll need to locate this key on your computer's hard disk using which you set up form encryption. Also, you should be able to view submissions from the same computer + browser using which you set up form encryption as the key gets saved in browser's offline storage while being set up.

If you have any questions, let us know.

    Thank you!
