We are unable to view and access our forms

    HI

    I just wanted to reach out as we have been experineing issues with the link. Yesterday morninng our temperature check link did not work at all and today it was on and off. Do you know if there has been an issue with the website.

    I see that you currently have a Free Account with us and am unable to see any forms within your account.
