HIPAA: 504 error

    Here is a different error message that users are reporting today- this is when they try to submit the form. I suspect it is related?

    I am told this error occurred after hitting the "submit" button and this popped up instead of the "thank you" screen. The same person that reported it said it worked when they tried again a few minutes later.

    We also received multiple reports from our HIPAA account users. We already alerted our developers. Here's the recent message from our developers:

    "JotFrom's HIPAA environment got high traffic because of the vaccine practice of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team doesn't expect that kind of traffic on short notice. Our DevOps team has been taking all necessary precautions to prevent Jotform from downtimes. Sorry for the inconvenience."

    Please let us know if the issue still persists on your end. So we can escalate this ticket to our developers.
