JotForm Table Column Not Showing on Form Submission Page

Hello Jot Form,

I created several columns in Jot Form Tables and when I view the form, some questions are not displaying. None of the columns are hidden. How do I fix this?

There seems to be some confusion. Please note that the manually added column in the table will not add a field in form. If you want the fields to be displayed in form, you need to edit form and add desired questions in the form builder. Once you add a question in form, it will automatically add a column in the table.
