Received a "You have exceeded form view limits" notification.

    I got a weird email from noreply@jotform.com. The subject line was "You have exceeded form view limits" Inside the email itself it only says "File couldn't be found" I very much doubt that I have had over 10,000 form views. In my main form that gets used I only had a little over 150. Is there something wrong with my account somewhere? Thank you!

    We apologize for this.

    According to our dev team, we had a problem with our network file system and for that reason our form view usage calculator couldn't able to read predefined limits by account types. This issue was already fixed, please ignore the message as your account is still on the limit.
