Hi, I have a date of birth field, that people are complaining, because they cannot manually enter the date. Only through the calendar button, which you have to tab/click hundreds of times to go to the proper year.

The Date of Birth field does allow manual entry:
Could you test this from your end too if you are also not able to manually enter the date in this field?
I have additionally cleared the form cache on your account. Please test and let us know.

It seems that it's working on a computer, but not on mobile OS's. I'm trying it on an iPad, but it won't let me. On iPhone, it opens up a calendar immediately, but I want the people to able to type their date of birth rather than having to tap arrows all the way back to the 1940's, one month at a time (android OS currently does not have a way to go back years, just by months).

Hi there,
The Date Picker element defaults to a popup calendar on mobile.
You can use a Short Text element with Input Mask enabled if you really need to have the form fillers type in the date.
Alternatively, you can use a Configurable List widget that displays the date as drop-downs. Remember to set the min and max rows to 1 if you're gonna this one.

Thank you; I've seen a form with 3 sublabel's for a date field (https://hipaa.jotform.com/210454902590149), and I would like to convert my date of birth field into something like this instead.

That's what the Date Picker element looks like with its Lite Mode disabled.
The option is only available in Classic Layout, unfortunately.
The other one is the Birth Date Picker, which also turns to a popup calendar in Card Layout when viewed on mobile.

OK; thank you for clarifying that I have to convert it to Classic Layout!
