Encryption

Hi,

I have recently encrypted two forms and was having perfect usability and no problems. I then created another form on friday and added encryption, now for whatever reason my other form content is showing as encrypted even though i have the key downloaded and was previously able to view the content without problem. This is a really urgent matter and i'm not sure what to do - could you offer any guidance?

To clarify: when you created a new form and encrypted it, was it another form that was not encrypted that is now showing as encrypted?

When you say form content are you referring to form content within the new form, or within another form?
