HIPAA: 504 error

    I am now getting a 504 error AGAIN. Please see attachments. This service is outrageously terrible on JotForms part. There is a different issue every day with your HIPAA servers. Please resolve asap and I need to be contacted by your sales team.

    Is the issue happens when submitting the form or when opening the form? Is it okay if we submit a test submission to your form so we can replicate the issue?

    I also escalated this issue to our developers so they can check it further. We will let you know once we have any updates. Thank you!

    The issue is happening when the user tries to submit the form after they filled it out entirely. Yes you can submit test submissions. The 504 error occurred on two different occasions today.

    I submitted a test submission and I was not able to replicate the issue. I will still forward this ticket issue to our developers so they can check it further. Once we have an update, we will let you know. Thank you!

    Hi, 

    JotFrom's HIPAA environment got high traffic because of the vaccine practice of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team doesn't expect that kind of traffic on short notice. Our DevOps team has been taking all necessary precautions to prevent Jotform from downtimes. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Yes I understand that you were not able to recreate the issue. That is because the issue persists at various times throughout the day and week. I also understand that your HIPAA environment got high traffic (again) and that Jotform cannot keep up with the services that you offer, however what is your DevOps team doing to ensure the issue does not happen going forward?

    Hi,

    We changed our server structure to scalable. This will increase our throughput and no need for manual changes. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hello,


    We are ONCE AGAIN experiencing the same issue. I am seeing 2 issues today:


    1) a 502 Gateway error on the Form Builder Preview page (see attached)

    2) a 504 error after the form is submitted

    Unfortunately, we do not have phone support. Could you please preview the form using the form direct link and see if the issue still persists?

    Also, for testing purposes only, please try using a different internet browser like Mozilla Firefox and let us know if the issue still persists.
