My form stays empty

Hello again, hope hope you can see all of my message this time, i need your help.

I have created my form and sent it by email via the share link on app, and also by copying link to clipboard and shared it from my email.

I have had my sister complete the form and return it to my email address. However, each time the form in empty, why is this?

From what I understood, your form stays empty when your sister completes it. Would it be fine for you if we make a test submission as we are not able to reproduce the issue?

Hello,

Thank you for the additional information.

It looks like you do not have the submit button, so the form doesn't get sent after it's completed.

Could you add it at the end of your form?
