two attempts to submit form failed. user said card is not the problem. please help

    Hello! Kindly note that I don't see any problem with your form; it is correctly connected with your PayPal account.

    Q1) Are you able to replicate this issue at your end with your card?

    If yes, then please disconnect the integration once and then re-connect it (by re-authenticating your PayPal account) and then try again by making a test submission.

    In case it doesn't help, let us know.

    Q2) Is this form embedded on your website?

    If yes, please pass us its URL.
