Error with payment collection

    I have an event registration form that I've used in the past and someone tried to register but had issues. She said that she entered the charge card info twice and doesn't know if it went through because after hitting that she isn't a robot it said that there was an error in the heading. Here is the form:

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did test your form with a test credit card, and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. Please check the screenshot below:


    As per the error message which was displayed, the issue is caused because of the expired token. I would suggest you to please disconnect the Square integration and then connect the payment tool again with your Square account.
