When pictures are sent through my form

When pictures are sent to me through my form link there is an Whoops! The page you are looking for can not be found message. How can I fix this so I can get the selfies sent to me successfully?

In order to resolve the issue please go to the count settings https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/settings, then remove the check from "Require log-in to view uploaded files."
