Reset Password email not received

    I never received an email to reset my password, can this please be sent today? I did check spam, nothing.

    Hi Kimberly,

     Please note that password reset instructions email are sent to account profile email address. 

    Do you have access to kimb**ly@kge*en*ag*ncy.com email address? If yes, I have just initiated the password recovery email and you need to click on the link which is sent to kimb**ly@kge*en*ag*ncy.com to reset the password.

    Let us know if the issue persists.
