Let users pay without logging into a PayPal account

I need for our members to be able to choose to pay without logging into a PayPal account or setting up a guest account. I thought that option, which read as "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" & did not require an email address, had been offered on the form I created. But now I only see "Checkout as Guest", which requires the person give an email address. I don't know if I inadvertently changed something or if I am thinking of a different form.

Is it possible to offer this option through PayPal? If so, what might I have changed on the form &/or how do I set it up?

Good day, thank you for contacting us. You are using the PayPal Personal integration. This does not offer the option to pay via credit card.

Note: you need to have an PayPal Business account to use that integration.
