CSV Bulk Uploader Questions

Hello!

I'm having trouble with the CSV Uploader. I've managed to format the first line of my csv exactly to what the app asks for (even though this differs wildly from the headers when you download data from the same form), and I've also included the example line. What I get however is that some of the column names end up in new rows and incomplete data populating the rest of the rows: i.e. when uploading a csv with only 30 lines, 32 rows are created and not all column data are included.

Is there a maximum to the number of columns the uploader can handle?

You might also want to clarify some of the instructional language on the uploader site as it's not clear you need to include two lines.
