How to setup the appointment field for a group of attendees?

    We are doing a college night and I need to create a form that allows an attendee to make an appointment to visit with a faculty member. We'll have multiple faculty members available to choose from, so a student can visit with more than one. Then once that time slot for the faculty member is filled, then the next person registering can't choose it.

    You can change the settings of the Appointment field to accept group of attendees instead of individuals, you will find this option in the Advanced tab of the Appointment Properties as in the below screenshot.
