    Hi guys,

I use your forms to get clients to fill out their consent forms. I recently got this letter advising me to make sure I am applying to data protection laws and I wondered if by having my consent forms stored by Jotform means I am covered by data protection because you guys are storing the information for me? If I am not correct in this thinking please could you let me know?

I would be ever so grateful for your help on this matter.

    Thanks

    Nancy

    Hi there,

    Happy to help!

JotForm is GDPR Compliant, and you can ensure that you are by making sure that your data is stored in our European Data Center. To do so, click into the Data section of your Account Settings: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data and check the Europe Datacenter checkbox:
