PDF download: My form only downloads 3 submissions when I try to download all of them.

When I try to download all submissions it only downloads 3. What is the issue here?

Can I confirm are you trying to download the submissions from the Tables?
When you download all the submissions in the Tables, a .zip file is sent to your email, which includes the submissions.
Did this .zip file include only the 3 submissions?

When you select the "Download all", please make sure that none of the submissions are ticked. If you have selected submissions (highlighted in green), only the selected submissions will be downloaded.
