Name Duplicates- Full name is entered in both the first and last name field

The new names field has a glitch with chrome. If someone uses autofill on my form, it puts their full name in the first name field, and their full name in the last name field. I've checked it out, and it happens when I fill it out myself. I've tried chrome's autocomplete on non-jotform forms, and it seemingly knows that the first name field is ONLY first name. Is there some sort of meta data that can be added to the field so that chrome autofill recognizes each as a single name field?

    Greetings,

I've created a clone of your form and a new name field is working as expected. So I would suggest that you hide the existing name field and use a new one instead. If you delete the existing field then corresponding data in the submissions will get deleted as well.

You can test the clone form on the link below.

You can use the guide below to hide the field.

Should you need further assistance then please let us know.

    Thanks

Thanks Rehan. Your test made me realize that it was because I had removed the sublables (first and last). Putting those back into the form fixed the autofill problem.
