Modifying pdf form

Hello, I uploaded a pdf form and converted it to a jotform. Then I made extensive changes to the jotform, however the original pdf form (the one that was converted) is still there (on the right hand side of the jotform). The changes that I made are interspersed in a random manner in the pdf version. Please advise. See attachment and how the two applications don't match.

The original PDF cannot be changed when you upload a PDF file into Jotform.

You can create a new PDF file from the PDF editor instead, but it will not have the same template as the PDF file you uploaded.
