Logic creating errors

    I have used this form for 3 months and have had no issues with it. However, today, I had a client reach out to say there was an error message and they were unable to complete their forms. I checked and it seems like it's fine, but something about the logic is triggering an out of order error.


    I have adjusted some of the questions to be not required and am going to test the user flow again to see if there's any disruption. I don't understand how 35 new clients have had no issues with the form until today.

    Hi there,

    From the details you've provided, it seems only one user is facing this issue. Are they able to submit the form after you made the adjustments.

    If your user is still unable to submit the form then you'll have to provide us the exact same selections that he is making in your form so we can replicate the issue and test it further.

    Did he try submitting the form via desktop?
