Fill out product form more than once?

I'm SO close to being able to do what I need to with JotForm! Shoutout to your excellent support! I need to allow clients to select the name of the room they're working on (dropdown menu) and then select the quantity "touches" they want us to design for that room(product form). I need them to be able to do this for up to 3 rooms. I.e. I need them to be able to fill out the product form up to 3 times so that I can map the room + touches for each room. It looks like the product form cannot be duplicated. I was going to do conditional logic (if/then) and ask a yes/no question to see if the client needed help with a second room (dropdown menu) then select the "touches" for the second room (duplicated product form), and repeat if a third room was required. Our pricing is broken down per touch/per room, so I need an accurate quantity total and be able to "map" which touches go to which room in a spreadsheet. I'm at a loss for how to make this possible, ideas?

The product list can be used only once per form. I can think of two ways you can achieve your need. The first one would be to add a quantity dropdown for each room, like this for example:

However, since you can have only one quantity, you can do the same with the product option:

An alternative solution would be to create categories, and then include copies of each product in them:
