forms will not upload and show signature

I’ve never had this problem with you guys before, but suddenly my clients can’t upload photos anymore to the form. The signature also doesn’t come in on my end. I tried deleting some old submissions with lots of photos uploaded to try to help but I don’t think it did anything.

could you please look into this? I just opened my commissions so I need this fixed ASAP.

Okay great thank you! I guess I just needed to delete some of the submissions with a lot of uploaded media.
