Downloaded PDF files are wrong

When we download our submissions in pdf, the filename is wrong and doesn't have an extension. We have to rename the file to get it to open. Please investigate.

I would like to ask you if such issue is happening all across your forms, or with just specific ones?

We would appreciate it if you can specify the names of forms you are having issues with. It will help us pinpoint the problem more easily.

Moreover, it is super helpful for us if you capture the screen image where you see the problem is happening. But this is just for future reference.
