Why can't I find support?

    Is there actual support for this site's users? Why would I pay for this?

    The support team is clearly not 24/7. They completely ignored my ticket for about 12 hours then suddenly started responding as it got near 7am again... yeah that's not suspicious.

    I'm still waiting forever to get useless responses. I need some actual help. You're clearly not working 24/7, because you never respond at night. 24 means 24 hours, and that includes the night. 7 means 7 days, and that includes the weekend. If you don't respond at night, and reduce staffing on the weekend, you're NOT 24/7. You're falsely advertising your "support" services and I think it deserves serious review.

    Even better, I finally got into the form, and it still doesn't work. It just automatically deletes every product if I try to enter a product category. How shameful. Can I get some actual help?

    I responded to that ticket over 3 hours ago. I have yet to receive a response. Even the prior response took hours and was nothing but a huge waste of time (i.e. the "fixed" form is still quite broken). How long do I have to wait for the next person to provide no help? I just need someone who's competent to provide actual support. Is there nobody at Jotform who can provide that?

    I told your associate that I tried cloning his forms, and they still don't work properly. What was his response after 4 hours? He actually asked me to try importing his forms to see if they worked... He didn't link new forms, he didn't say he corrected the old ones, he just told me to use a form I had already said didn't work. He's clearly not even reading what I write. This is totally absurd. Is there someone there who provides service?

    As expected, NONE of the products show up under their proper category. Once pictures are added & the category set, the products still show up under multiple categories. Someone competent needs to finally fix this form. This isn't customer service, this is a joke.

    Worse yet, the form once again completely deleted my photographs and has created no backups at any point. This form is just completely non-functional. You haven't fixed a thing. This is a basic form, not a fancy template, and you can't even make it work properly. What a joke. Does anyone at Jotform help people? This is really shameful on your part.

    I've spent a week now waiting hours between responses to get nowhere. This is absurd.

    You have no live support.

    You don't answer tickets in a timely fashion.

    When you do answer, you don't read what people write, and don't fix the issue.

    People just wait hours for you to do nothing.

    We recommend you to wait for our reply once you posted an answer. The tickets are in a queue and we are assigned to the tickets that have the longest waiting time.

    Each time you add a comment to a ticket it goes to the back of the queue. We request you to post a single comment and wait for our answer.

    No communication. No fix. Just a bunch of worthless customer service robot responses filled with platitudes & empty apologies. Jotform is clearly just here to collect as much money as it can before they jump ship. Prove me wrong & actually make something happen.

    Still no fix. Still no communication. What exactly does your "support" actually do besides waste people's time while accomplishing nothing? My account is completely glitched for weeks and you've done nothing. Why would anyone trust you to run anything that interacts with a payment system?
