I have been sending responses to form submissions by clicking “reply” on the submission. Apparently, there is no way to see those responses. I worked with someone to try to find the responses, but there was no way to find them. I even did a test on one to my email. I can see what I received in MY email, but I can’t see it in Jotform. Would it be difficult to put in a “sent” item list? This will be huge for being able to prove a response to the form.

I'm sorry, but Jotform doesn't have an outbox storage for messages sent via Reply button. As a workaround, you can BCC your email so that it will send a copy of the messages that was sent to the customer to your BCC email.
