Switching the Payment Gateways

I clicked add Square Payment to form and now have decided I don't want that on my form and cannot delete it without deleting all of my work. It is attached to my rental items and their totals page and to delete square it deletes my whole page.

If you delete your gateway from your form and add another one, you don't lose your products. The products come with the new gateway. I cloned your form to show you. Here is my screencast below.

You can also switch the gateways from the Payment tab.
