PDF coming up blank

    On the Nutritional Evaluation form, we found that sometimes it is blank on the computer even though we checked all the boxes.


    Why is this happening on some of them.

    I'm sorry, but are you referring to the original PDF document uploaded in the form builder through Smart PDF Forms? Is it blank when received as an attachment? Please confirm.

    The original PDF was selected in the PDF Attachment settings:

    Downloading the submissions through the Tables page or PDF Editor is working, so I presumed you mean the attachment.

    If yes, it's likely related to when the system generates the PDF. We can escalate this to our backend team, but we need the list of submissions that aren't attached/generating correctly. Please provide us the submission IDs.

    Yes. It is the original form.


    And yes...I know I can go in the submissions tabel and download it manually.


    It is blank when we receive the attachment email.
