Jotform Submission PDF

    Hello,

    i recently submitted a very important application via Jotform. After I made my Paypal payment it showed that my submission was complete. Jotform sent me a pdf of my submission and all it showed was an error message:

    {"error":"You're not authorized","success":false,"duration":"0.008"}


    Is Jotform able to salvage this and send me my PDF confirmation which I critically need for my files? Please advise.

    I checked the email that was sent to you which contained the "Download submission PDF" link and it worked fine.

    Or you can reply back to the email you received with your query. It will reach the form owner who can provide you the information.

    Hello,

    I am still getting the same error message.

    {"error":"You're not authorized","success":false,"duration":"0.031"}


    I don't know why it's not working on this end. Is it possible to get the PDF sent to me as an attachment or some other secure method, because this isn't working and I'm not sure what else to do? Is there maybe a setting that is off for me?

    Hi Michelle,

    I'm wondering if this might be a browser issue: on your current browser do you have your security settings enabled to allow pop ups and downloads?

    Or, if you switch browsers and/or clear your browser cache and cookies, does the issue persist?

    I attempted to access the link my colleague provided and it worked for me without issue on the Google Chrome browser.

    Hello,
    I've tried clearing my history/cache and allowing pop ups. I still get the
    same error message. Am I not able to get the PDF sent to me as an
    attachment? There's nothing in the doc you haven't seen at this point, as
    it was confirmed by someone else they were able to access the link.

    I believe this is related to privacy settings on the form owner's account which requires you to be logged in to your JotForm account on the same browser to access the attachments/links.

    Or you could request the form owner to disable these options on their account settings page and then check.

    Got it. I will probably have to reach out to them to obtain a copy of my
    submission if that's the case.
