Hello! Kindly note that a submitted form is only available for the form owner to review. So, the same submission is generally not available to the responder unless the form owner allows it.

If you haven't received an 'edit' link for that submission in your email address; chances are that the form owner has not allowed it.

You may get in touch with the form owner directly if you want to review the submitted information.
