PDFs are not created correctly after forms are submitted

PDFs are not creating correctly when forms are filed out also had a user fill out the form this morning got a response but it isn't appearing in the table of results is there an issue going on? It has occurred on 2 different forms today both of which worked fine just a few days ago

Once before I had this problem but then just started working again

Also, when you say that "PDFs are not creating correctly", does it mean that they are received empty?

As my colleague has asked, please provide the URL of the form or form titles which you are having the issue with.

Are the issues about empty PDF files which are downloaded?

Does the issue concern only one form or are there issues happening all across your forms?

Yesterday I was having problems on Credit Recovery Request GR6-12 GNA CYBER 20-21 and GRADES 6-12 Greater Nanticoke Area CYBER Application 20-21 but then the pdfs started working OK again so isn't currently having the issue It would attach an empty pdf or not update the pdf when the form was edited

Glad to know that it is working now. Open a new ticket if you need anything else.
