Forms have an error code when we try to download, and forms are taking forever to load

    Hello, our forms have been very difficult to deal with today. Usually they directly import into our company's shared drive, but they are showing up blank. Also, they are taking a very long time to load directly through jotforms. When we try to download them from jot forms to add into our system, an error code pops up. This error says adobe acrobat reader can't open because the file is not supported or was damaged. We occasionally have issues with the forms importing blank and us having to pull them directly from jotforms, but we have never received this error before.
