How to vew submissions from two forms in one page?

Hi there,

So I'm looking to make a short form on my website for people to sign up to my program. Then people are taken immediately to sign a waiver, and then people are re-directed to a longer jotform intake form.

That being said, I want the info from the first AND second jotform to be in one place. Is that possible?

To clarify, you would like to see the submissions by accessing either of the forms tables, correct? If it is, this is possible on the Tables page by adding a new tab and connect the submissions on the longer intake form (this is possible if you have both forms under your account):
