How do I get the trashed entries to disappear from my list?

When I go in and select all the entries I want to trash it says they are all moved to trash but they are still showing up on my table or submission form?

There are 911 submissions shown for your form.

Since your account is HIPAA enabled we are unable to login and check the submission page.

Have you deleted all submissions of your form?

If you want to purge the deleted submissions, just click on the Trashed entries section in your submission page as shown below:

This will show you another window with all deleted submissions - just select all and purge them.
