Is it possible for me to only receive messages from my contacts alone?

Hi is it possible for me to only receive messages from my contacts alone? As I had rather I didn't receive messages from anybody that isn't on my list. . Thanks

By messages do you mean emails linked to your form submission?

If yes, you will receive emails from anyone how submits your form.

You can share the form with only your contacts so that you will get the submission emails only from your contacts.
