How to we restrict the amount of people who can choose an awnser in multi-choice?

Hey! I need a little help with creating my form. In the form we`re gonna have a multiple-choise option. But we want to limit how many people can choose the same awnsers. I found a part that where you can limit the people who fill the form but this I wans`t sure about.
