HIPAA: Missing submissions on the JotForm site.

    Please help, several submissions I have received are empty. I get an email notification that someone has completed the survey and then when I login, the submission is blank. Occasionally, if i hit refresh and give it an hour or so, the submission reappears but there are several that do not. I am certain that it is completed by the person because the responses are all mandatory and a few that are not HIPAA come through in the email but then nothing is present when I login and go to view submissions. Can you please help??
