Specific Personality Quiz: How can I create this form with JotForm?

Hello, i wanted to know if it's possible to be contacted by an expert to tell me if Jotform can be adequate with my demand

I want to put a quiz, each answer in every question adds a point to a specific personality type 

example 

question 1 

answer A & C : add 1 point to Personnality trait A 

Answer B : add 1 point to personality trait R 

is it possible to do that with the tool ?
