HIPAA compliant accounts, the decryption is not working.

    We are having an issue with our submissions. We are getting no data back. Have noticed that the download all tab is buffering and a message states Entries are securely decrypting. It will not allow me to do anything or cancel the decrypting. How do I fix this problem?

    There was a temporary issue on our end. We just received word from our developers that the issue is now fixed.
