    Hello!

I've got a client who said that they submitted a form via JotForm, but I never received email notification of it. I checked all my folders in my email (including Spam), but couldn't find anything. So I tried to log in to my JotForm account to view it that way, but the "Login With Google," button would not work. On Chrome, the button didn't appear at all. So I tried an Incognito Window, and the button showed up then. But once I tried logging in, it just took me back to the login page and nothing happened. I wouldn't redirect me to my account or log me in. I tried this on Safari and Firefox, but still could not log in. I also tried to log in on my laptop, my iPad, and another computer entirely. But I still had the same issue. I then tried to reset my password (twice), and didn't receive an email about changing my password. I checked my spam folders and everything, but still couldn't find it. I'm at a loss at how I can get access to my forms, which I need for my design business.

If you could please help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Your account was suspended and hence you are not able to log in.

Our phishing detector tool scans forms for phishing words and automatically suspends linked accounts - out of which one word is "PayPal". This is used on your form https://form.jotform.com/203043198722452 and also in the emails of this form.

Please remove this word from the form and email.

I have activated your account in the meantime.

Oh, okay! Thank you so much for letting me know and for reactiviating my account. I will go and take out the words, "Paypal" so that this doesn't happen again. Thank you so much for your time and your help!
