How do I add plain text (not a header) to my form without it being a question?

    Hi @ykranz,

    Thank you for reaching us.

I have cloned your form to demonstrate the answer and for your information, nothing has been changed on your original form.

You can use Paragraph Field to add a read-only plain text to your form. Please see the steps and the screencast below:

    1. On your Form Builder page, click "+Add Form Element" button from the top right of the page.
    2. Choose "Paragraph" element under the BASIC menu to add it to your form.
    3. Click the pencil icon next to Paragraph field to edit it. You can write down the text you want to add and edit its appearance from the toolbox of the Paragraph field as you desire.
