Require respondent to print a page on the form

I'm looking for a form that would require the person to print a one page confirmation sheet to bring to an event as proof of filling out the form. Is there anything like that available?

Never mind - I just did a test on another template I was trying and I forgot it emails a summary to the address on file - I should be good.
