Assessment with visual

Hello,

I would like to build a self-assessment form with 8 rate on a scale of 1 to 10 questions that produces a visual (bar graph, etc) that is generated and sent to the form filler.

I have tried different question styles but they all just display a number on the PDF that can be sent to the filler.

Is there a way I can put other visuals, bar graphs, etc on the PDF

I have tried that but from what I can tell the report builder can only generate reports for all the submissions for the form.

I need it to generate a report for each individual submission.

Hi,

You can use the filter feature to only filter the submissions individually.

Or you can create a PDF report for each submission.
